House / Villa / Chalet of approx. 350 m. on two floors. Built in the year 2,000 approx. and restored in 2017. Located in Pedreguer (in the province of Alicante) only 10 minutes from Denia with its great beaches.

-Large porch/terrace: where we find the main door of the house, the second dining room and the second lounge facing the pool.

-5 or 6 bedrooms: for 16 people, distributed as follows:

Low level:

-Room 1: with 1 double bed (1.80m) 1 single bed (0.90m)

-Room 2: with 1 double bed (1.50m) 1 single bed (0.90m)

-Room 3: with 3 single beds (0.90m)

Upstairs:

-Room 4: with 1 double bed (1.50m) 1 single bed (0.90m)

-Room 5: with 1 double bed (1.50m) 2 single beds (0.90m)

-Provisional room 6: It is the office that can be seen in one of the photos, what we do is take one of the double beds on that floor (from room 4 or from room 5) and put it in this sixth room room, that is, the places do not increase. There are always 16 places in total. And it must be taken into account that a couple cannot sleep there because there is no privacy, because although it is a secluded area on the upper floor and it is not a transit area, but there is no door, and when it is daylight there is light.

-4 bathrooms: With 4 showers (some with hydromassage column), Hairdryers in all of them.

-Kitchen with breakfast table: 1 fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, toaster, water heater for infusions, electric juicer, blender... Crockery, cutlery (also barbecue utensils), glassware (glasses, breakfast cups, coffee and tea cups, etc.), kitchenware (pots, pans, saucepans, etc.).

-Leisure area: 120m on the upper floor, where there is a second kitchen, TV, bathroom, etc.

-For the clothes: Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

-Hot water: mixed boiler: domestic hot water and heating

-Bed and bath linen included: Includes washbasin, bathroom and pool towels.
