Rural House / Villa / Chalet of 270 m. all on the ground floor. Built in 1900 approx. and restored in 2005, with thick wooden beams and solid brick typical of the area.

The capacity of the house is 13 places, but we can add 1 double bed and 1 single bed, to increase to a maximum of 16 places.

-Kitchen with center island: Dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators (both with freezer), ceramic hob, oven, microwave, 5 coffee machines (Dolce Gusto, normal Nespresso, Nespresso Vertuo, electric drip, and ground coffee manual), toaster, kettle, electric juicer, blender ..... Crockery, cutlery (also barbecue utensils), glassware (glasses, breakfast cups, coffee and tea cups, etc.), kitchenware (pots, pans, saucepans, griddles for large groups, etc. including a 40-pot liters), and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. 4 recycling bins for garbage (60 or 70 liter bags are required)
