-Rural House / Villa / Chalet of 200 m. on 2 floors. Its thick stone walls and ceilings have been preserved. Built in 1,800 approx. and restored in 2021.

Made of:

-3 bedrooms: All with bathroom inside the room, and hot-cold air conditioning, and distributed as follows:

-Double bed (1.80m) and single bed (90cm) and 32" TV

-Double bed (1.50m)   single bed (90cm).

-Double bed (1.80m) and single bed (105cm). In this room we can separate the 1.80m bed to convert it into 2 90cm beds. and that way there is a room with 3 single beds. And if necessary in this room, we can also put a fourth single bed.

-And in the extreme case, in the large dining room, we enable 1/3 of the dining room as a fourth room (with a 90cm bed or a 1.35m bed). It is closed with large curtains and also has air conditioning.

This makes a total of 9 persons, expandable to 10 (or even 12 if we prepare the temporary room in the dining room). We only recommend this provisional fourth room for teenagers.

-4 bathrooms: 3 of them with hydromassage shower and 1 bath, with heating and hair dryer. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is also an additional one in the living-dining room.

-Bed and bath linen included: Bath and pool towels (3 per person).

-Kitchen: Dishwasher, Fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, 3 coffee machines (Nespresso, electric drip, and ground coffee manual), toaster, kettle, electric juicer, blender... Crockery, cutlery ( also barbecue utensils), glassware (glasses, breakfast cups, coffee and tea cups, etc.), kitchenware (pans, saucepans, iron, etc.), and a wide variety of kitchen utensils (eg: crepe maker, waffle maker, churrera, etc). 4 recycling bins for rubbish (35 or 50 liter bags required)
